Accessible to all that the Cape has to offer

Check in to check out was simple. The property was spacious and enjoyable. Finally a pool that worked! In other rentals we’ve stayed at, we had issues with the pools. So easy to get around from this location. We were very happy with our stay.

Lovely house

My family and I really enjoyed our time in the house. It is quite spacious and with all the necessary amenities. I will though recommend that the dishwasher should be replaced immediately as it is not in the best condition. But overall I can highly recommend this home for anyone wishing to stay in Cape Coral.

Love the pool and hot tub!

The house was pretty hot at night ,and there were ants crawling all over bathroom. We drove 16 hours and arrived late at night to find our door code didn't work but otherwise we really enjoyed the space convenient location away from traffic but a short drive to many beaches and stores! Beautiful home exactly as appears on website!

Great Vacation Home and Service

Our stay was exceptional. As you would expect, we had some minor issues upon check in, but those were quickly addressed by Melissa, the property manager. There were 8 of us in the house for a week. The layout of the bedrooms made it feel like we each had our personal space, but yet, were able to enjoy the pool and the great room together. The location of the property was convenient to just about everything in the Cape Coral / Ft Myers area. I have stayed at other properties for vacation, but the property manager / owners went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation.

Great house

Lovely house with all amenities in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was perfect except for communication with the management company. We experienced an issue with the pool heater throughout our entire stay, and communication regarding this problem was very complicated, with a lack of responses and unfulfilled promises of repairs.

When issues are reported, our team responds promptly to inspect and assist our guests. In your case, although we've already inspected and troubleshooted, we needed professional help from our pool maintenance service, and due to the complexity of the issue, it took them a while to fully resolve it. Great House for Family Gathering!

We really enjoyed this house for our family vacation! This is a beautiful house!! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the view in the back is beautiful with the lake. Very private. It is layed out nice with 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the pool toys in the garage (although it took a couple of days to get the heater working properly and it needs water added w/hose daily). The kitchen could use some more silverware and dishtowels as some things are sparse but we really enjoyed cooking and gathering in this house. Communication was good with the agency/owner and they got back to us promptly when we contacted them and we also rented some additional baby items that were at the house when we arrived. Would love to rent this house again in the future!

Dylan was great, property was nice

The space was great for our group. The property manager was great, very helpful and responsive! I would suggest hooks in all the bedrooms for towels and full length mirrors for getting ready. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a mirror. Overall we had a nice stay!

Great Stay

We got there during a hurricane and the house felt safe and secure. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. We were there for a baseball tournament and had games all over the city. It was a great homemade to come back to.

The house was not ready when we arrived ( and we payed extra money for earlier check in)the beds were not made,floors were dirty with a lot of dogs or cats hair!and couch and carpet in the living area was smelling like a dog urine. Kitchen was poorly supplied, no toilet paper in the bathrooms.( never happened to us in other properties we rented before so you might check your cleaning people!!!!)it took us 3 days to heat the pool plus no lights around the swimming pool ,it was dark at night🙈grill was dirty and messy🙈

Last Minute Trip

We were on vacation in TN and the weather was crappy so we decided to relocate to Florida on a whim. We found this house on VRBO and was able to book it right away. Upon arrival the house was great. The AC could not be turned below 74 and we like it a little cooler, but otherwise the house was great as well as the pool/hot tub and we would rent here again.

Pleasant home to stay at. Had enough cooking utensils to get by with since we were stay at home for dinners family. Only thing I would recommend is changing mattress at master. Other than that house is located in a perfect area with many options to where to go. Manager was reachable and took care of things super fast.

Minor issues

Barbeque had not been cleaned in a long time and tended to catch fire. Was fine once we cleaned it. No tea towels in the kitchen. We used other towels. There was no cooking sheet. (they were in the trash). We had to buy one.
