Thank you Gretchen for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. Keeping our unit exceptionally clean is one of our top priorities, so your feedback means a lot to us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Kasey thank you for your kind review and for choosing to stay with us! We’re so glad you enjoyed yur stay. Thank you as well for bringing the spots to our attention during your stay. In oceanfront properties, especially during the warm and humid summer months, surface mildew can occasionally appear despite regular cleaning and maintenance. We appreciate you letting us know so we could offer to have it addressed promptly. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you and your family back for another beach getaway in the future! 🌊☀️

We are glad you enjoyed staying at our unit. Unfortunately common areas (pools/hot tubs etc) are out of our control. I wish they would have even notified us ahead of time, but unfortunately they didn’t. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you visit us again very soon.

Hi Jocelyn, Thanks for your feedback. First to address heat- it's electric, not gas, so I just want to reassure everyone of that. Yes, we had a tropical storm that brought in record humidity and moisture issues will occur if you leave the doors open. We wish you would have mentioned the issues when they started, so we could have it addressed right away, before getting out of hand. As far as the sheets and dust, this was never brought to our attention, or we would have sent the cleaner back out at your convenience to make things right, although I am certain the sheets were clean. We don't use strong fragrant detergents as some people may be sensitive. Thank you again for the feedback.

Thank you Valdalia for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo and that beautiful balcony view. We completely understand your frustration with the unloading area. Unfortunately, some guests do not always respect the posted time limits, which can make arrival and departure more difficult for others. A little more consideration and courtesy from everyone would certainly make the experience smoother for all guests. We hope you visit us again in the near future!
