Renovated, bright and cheery one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath condo in the historic White Dory, located in Provincetown’s quiet East End. Private beach across the street, free off-street parking, and lovely views of the garden. Exclusive-use deck; A/C; WiFi; cable; fully-equipped kitchen with Shaker cabinets and black granite counter-tops, and new floors, windows, and window treatments. Walking distance to art galleries, whale watch boats, and town center. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Provincetown rental occupancy reg. BOH-22-699.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the keys and $150 cash or check made out to Dream Team Cleans (for final cleaning) on the kitchen table.
Turn off the A/C and close the windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Acceptance will become complete when we receive the White Dory Short Term Rental Agreement completed and signed by all renters.
A cleaning fee, currently $150 per week, is paid to the cleaners directly.
