Step outside to enjoy the sparkling new pool — perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach — or sharpen your short game on the private putting green right in the backyard.

Pets are allowed. (limit 40lb) There is a $300.00 non refundable pet fee for one dog.

The Spa can be heated separately for $225 per week. Please note that the electric heat pump only allows the pool to heat to “approximately” 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.

Great location - walk to shopping, dining, and beach. Super clean and well stocked. Bikes were a nice thing to have. Nicely decorated - phenomenal bathrooms.

Great property! We had a wonderful time. Two blocks from the beach. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. We loved the sparkling pool and hot tub. Enjoyed mornings on the screened in porch. Especially loved bringing our dog Murphy. Would love to come back!

This home was just right for our family of 4. The location was perfect, as we could walk to Coligny Plaza or the beach whenever we wanted. We absolutely loved the spa/pool and spent a lot of time in the backyard! The house was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and updated. There were lots of places to hang out on the property, between the outdoor pool area, screened in patio, and the indoor living space. I am glad we discovered this spot, it was very nice and we had a wonderful experience.

Awesome property!

This place is well situated just 2 blocks from Coligny plaza! The bathrooms are beautiful and well appointed. There is a lot of space in the living area. Great house!

Everything was great and responses were given immediately too! Will definitely stay again. Only two nit picks of pool guy came and we were not ready with the dogs outside and then he left the gate open so one dog got loose but she came right back. Other suggestions would be a heater in the master bathroom and a small tub for the elderly in the guest bath. Other than that was an awesome stay!!

Great Location

The location of the house was outstanding for access to the beach and shops. We truly enjoyed how quickly we could go to the beach, stores and outdoor pavilion without having to use a bike or car. The updates on the house were really nice for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The only minor inconvenience was low water pressure at the kitchen sink but everything else was great.

Relaxing beachfront vacation house

Newly renovated house. Very spacious and elegant. 5 minute walk to beach on side street which has no traffic at all. Safe area. Virtually no back yard but didn’t see that as a negative given the beautiful interior and close proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping
