Last-Minute Gem for a Big Group

We booked Coastal Chic last minute for a March weekend with 11 adults and a dog, and it worked out great. The house has this charming, relaxed luxury feel — not overly “perfect,” but warm, comfortable, and very livable. Our pup was right at home, the lagoon views and big yard were beautiful, and the kitchen made it easy to cook and hang out together. We all left wishing we had booked an extra night.

Ideal Spot for RBC Heritage Week

Our guys group has been coming to Hilton Head for the RBC Heritage for years and Coastal Chic is by far the best setup we have found. This was our 5th year in this house and we have already locked it in again for 2026. The location for the tournament is unbeatable. It is a short walk to Harbour Town Golf Links and the main hospitality areas so we can come and go all day without worrying about parking or shuttles and be right in the middle of the action. After long days on the course it is great to come back to a comfortable home with a private pool, plenty of space to spread out, and a relaxed, coastal feel. At this point it would be hard to imagine Heritage week anywhere else.

Perfect Two-Week Escape With Our Pup

We are a couple and stayed at Coastal Chic for two weeks in April with our dog and it was wonderful. The house is very calm and comfortable and the lagoon view and trees out back made it feel so relaxing. We had the pool heated and used it almost every day which felt like such a treat. Our dog loved it too. We rented a bike with a little cart so we could pull her around on the paths and to Harbour Town and that was one of our favorite parts of the trip. The home is very pet friendly and we felt right at home the whole stay. We liked it so much that before we left we booked again for 4 weeks in 2026. It really felt more like staying in a friends home then a rental and we are already counting the days until we are back. ​

Three Peaceful Weeks at a Pet-Friendly Paradise

I spent three weeks at Coastal Chic in February with my two dogs and it could not have been a more perfect escape. The home is truly pet friendly, with plenty of space inside and out, and the fenced pool area and oversized lot made it easy to relax outside with my pups while still feeling completely private and safe. Most days started in the sunroom or on the screened porch, sipping coffee and looking out over the lagoon. The views are so calming and the whole property has a real sense of peace and tranquility that was exactly what I needed for a longer stay. ​ The chef's kitchen was a dream — high-end appliances, gas stove, lots of prep space, and two dining areas — so cooking at home was actually something to look forward to instead of a chore. Between the beautiful interiors, quiet setting, and thoughtful touches throughout the house, I fell in love with Coastal Chic and would come back in a heartbeat for another extended stay with my dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Linda’s home—it was a great fit for the size of our group. The house was very clean, and both Linda and her husband were very responsive whenever we had questions.One suggestion would be to include a few more cleaning supplies, such as multi-surface cleaners and paper towels. Also, beach towels were not provided, so be sure to bring your own if you’re planning a beach trip.Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Great Sea Pines Vacation Stay!

We had another wonderful week visiting Hilton Head and the house we rented, Coastal Chic was top notch! Fantastic location, plenty of room for a family of five with 2 20 something kids and a dog. Pool was great! Beachside management was top notch as well. Linda and Jay were always responsive, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend staying at this house!

The house was fantastic. Plenty of rooms for the eight people in my party. Having a pool was a first for my 6th trip to HHI. Now it is a must for future stays. Walking distance to Harbor Town was really nice. A Publix right in Sea Pines was convenient for quick grocery runs.

Perfect location and accommodations for our large family of 12 (6 adults/4 children/2 toddlers); Plenty of space for relaxing and/or preparing and enjoying meals; Adequate privacy for sleeping and/or personal time (bathrooms located in each bedroom plus one in hallway). Coastal Chic Relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay. From the Carolina rooms, outdoor deck overlooking the lagoon to the fenced in pool the house is exactly as the pictures. Spacious rooms and everyone had their own bathroom. We walked to Harbor Town to enjoy awesome ice cream, shopping and live music. Great communication with the team with checking in and out. We would stay here again.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. Sea Pines was a great location for a large family. The kids loved all the bike trails. The house was beautiful and spacious for everyone to spread out. Family vacation

The house is beautiful and has the capacity to fit a larger family vacationing together, which we were. All of the rooms were great though the master bedroom was spectacular! Pool was definitely an added benefit that the kids loved. The property managers were lovely and very easily accessible. The fact that our dog was able to vacation with us just made the experience all that much better. Would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

Coastal Chic

We had our family vacation at Coastal Chic, and I will say, we had a fantastic time! Check in was simple, the house was wonderful! We were a group of 10 with 4 kids ranging in age from 3-14. There were so many places to gather in this house as well as a few if you needed some solitude. The pool was great ; we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. I highly recommend booking this house, you won’t regret it!

Coastal Chic Relaxation!

This is a fantastic property! Linda and Jay have done a phenomenal job providing instructions, videos, and reminder texts and emails to make the vacation experience as easy as possible. After 3 decades of visiting the island, this is the first time we have used Beachside and it will definitely not be our last. By far, this has been the most organized management company we have used. The property itself is comfortable, spacious, in a quiet area and provided the perfect opportunity to disconnect from everything and fully enjoy a vacation. We could not be happier with our experience and are already planning our return to this property!
