Outside has a big deck with gas grill, cookers, fryers, fridge, deep freezer, fans, tv, 3 tables large sitting arrangements also a fire pit. Wide parking lot for all parking needed for your vehicles, and boat trailers. Easy access to charge your boat. It has a basketball goal with a wide range of pavement to play basketball or throw a football. less than mile to the boat ramp. We try to give our guests the best experience and provide everything needed during their stay. We also provide free bags of ice for your cooler upon request prior to booking, that way it's in the deep freeze when checked in and ready for you. There's also a king size air mattress stored if needed for an extra sleeping arrangement.
