This gorgeous spot invites you to unwind and enjoy every moment. Conviently located next to Brush Creek campground where you can take a walk, bike, or cast a line in the Tennesseee River. The campground does have a boat ramp, and only 5 miles to the Waterloo boat ramp.

Hey! We are The Hensleys. We grew up and live about 20 minutes from this property. We have always came to Waterloo to go fishing and camping. We purchased this property in the summer of 2025 and completely remodeled it. It turned out the cutest, coziest little place and we decided it would be a great place for others to visit!
