About this property

Scott Beach Villa #4

Apartment/Condo, East End.
Located at Scott Beach by Compass Point. Close to the Grocery store, Red Hook and ferry terminal.
The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house was perfect for our long weekend getaway! It was clean, spacious and came with a bunch of little amenities that we were not expecting! Thank you again for a lovely experience!

We were very happy with our stay at this location. The place is nicely appointed and clean. It’s also well equipped for your stay from the kitchen to the beach. Ample parking is available and only a 5 minute drive into Red Hook. WiFi worked well. We would definitely stay here again when we return.

Clean condo, but...

First the positive. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The property manager, Lisa, was cheerful and helpful. We got lost trying to find the property, but she stayed on video with us to guide us to the location. Mixed: My sister thought her bed was great (she likes the bed hard), I like it soft, so it was not comfortable for me. Not good: for 2 mornings we were awakened by heavy machinery outside our windows - right outside our windows. We were not informed that construction would be happening. Also the views outside our windows or balcony were much to be desired, as was the neighborhood in general. Nevertheless, it was a fairly convenient place to stay given we had a lot of family events nearby, so it was mostly a place to hang until then.
