The Oaks- Unit B: Escape from the hustle and bustle of city life under the Texas Live Oaks in Round Top, TX. This beautifully refurbished property is conveniently located minutes from shopping, restaurants and events in Warrenton (1 mile) and Round Top (5 miles). The completely remodeled former Oaks Restaurant is located on more than a half acre and features two- 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condos with all the amenities. Additional parking available onsite for oversize vehicles and trailers.

What a treasure! New, clean, and immaculate! Easy check-in and check-out. Everything you need and just minutes from Round Top. The beds were very comfortable, one of the best sleeps I've had in a while!

Great Location for Round Top Antiques Fair

The owner was on top of everything, he responded to all request, gave very clear instructions for check-in, controlling the AC, TV etc. Everything was in good working order very clean and new. I would definitely stay here again. Also if you have a trailer, there's lots of parking.

The property was perfect for what we needed. We had friends who asked about highway noise since the property is next to the highway. The bedrooms are set to the back and we didn’t notice any noise while sleeping. In the front rooms, yes, you could hear, but it wasn’t bad. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and the host was very helpful.
