We had a great vacation at Sea La Vie. We loved the proximity to the beach and all the amenities of the property including the golf cart. Jessica was fabulous and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return.

Family Thanksgiving vacation

The property is beautiful and close to the beach. Jessica was great with helping secure dinner reservations and making sure we had beach chairs daily. This is our 3rd stay at Sunset Beach Villas, and we will be back!

Amazing property! The pictures looked exactly like the property! It was a perfect property for our group! Each room has a king bed with each having their own private bathroom! Great pool and outdoor area to relax and play ping pong or corn hole! The property had everything we needed.

Great Experience

We had a larger group (8 adults & 2 kids) and the Sea La Vie villa worked out perfectly for us. It's a very nicely appointed home with private suites for each couple and the common spaces were clean, new & just what we needed. This stretch of beach is also one of our favorites on the island (we've been to T&C many times) –– very peaceful with soft sand.

Beautiful house by the beach!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house! Five bedrooms with king sized beds worked perfectly for me and my grown up family. The open floor plan downstairs, along with generous outdoor seating areas, including plenty of optional shade, were wonderful for gathering and enjoying time together. The BBQ area connected well with the kitchen and the outdoor dining areas. The kitchen is well appointed and we really enjoyed cooking together in this beautiful space. The short walk to the beach gave us plenty of chances to swim and stroll. Leeward beach is a gem! I highly recommend this house, not only for all the comforts but also for the great location.

Great Place

Our group of 4 couples spent 5 nights at Sea la Vie. The house was clean and very well maintained with plenty of places to gather as a group or find a corner to read. The kitchen is fully equipped and they provided plenty of pool towels, floats and extra chairs. The beach chairs set up service was great, and the golf cart came in handy as well to get to and from the beach. Jessica was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, excursions and taxis. The house is located in a gated community, which felt secure, and was fairly quiet, but at least a 30 minute walk (or taxi ride) to restaurants and shopping. If it is NOT high tide, you can walk the beach to the Grace Bay area where there are plenty of restaurants. We hired a private chef from Olive & Dates, who made most of our meals in the villa which worked out great.
