It has three bedrooms and a large living area...updated kitchen appliances with a counter height bar overlooking a breakfast room, and comfortable screened in lanai with beautiful views of the golf course. It features a newly updated Club House and award winning restaurant, along with 18 holes of golf and full access to amenities with owner membership transfer. It is a short ride to the beaches and just minutes from Mercato and all that SW FL has to offer. This convenient location is only a 90 minute drive to Miami or Tampa.
After booking, all tenants ages 18+ must be approved by the HOA's Board and are responsible for all HOA application fees and background check fees as they control access to the community and amenities. Total cost varies from one HOA to the next, but generally range from $250 to $600 for multiple adults.
