Welcome to our little condo in Boulder. It's a top floor condo with a deck that seats 2, and even has a little view of the Flatirons.

Walk to Pearl St shops, cafes, parks, hiking, CU and more.

With AC, WiFi, memory foam bed, black out blinds, and underground parking, you will be comfy and have everything you need.

Box Car Coffee and The Laughing Goat are within a block. Frasca, a world class restaurant, across the street. Whole Foods, mall, and theater 12 blocks away. The location can't be beat!

Shared wall with neighbors in the building -- please be respectful and aware of your noise.

Great location in Boulder

As a solo traveler, this was a perfect location for a long weekend in Boulder. Ted provided excellent information about nearby restaurants and the apartment amenities and rules in Avery welcoming way. I enjoyed my time here very much.

Great location!

We very much appreciated the location of this place and the parking! We walked to some great restaurants and shops during our stay. We had a bit of a hiccup but appreciate how it was handled. The a/c unit is loud but it cooled the place down very nicely! It was the right size for my husband and I but would have felt tight with our kids. You cannot beat this location!!

Location on Pearl St is great, close to shops, restaurants, walking trails. Studio is small but clean and comfortable for a couple. Service was good when I reported teapot was broken. Received a new one the next day. There is no microwave, toaster or coffeemaker, but a French press. The air conditioner is not great for very hot days. The air does not blow near beds and cooling not sufficient for days when temperatures hit 90 plus, which is not all that common in Boulder. The wood decking and steps of condo are in poor repair but owner said the complex plans repairs. A real plus is the covered parking space. Overall, great location, average accommodations for price.
