Great Stay w Exceptional Staff But Falls Short on the Little Things

We recently stayed at this beautiful resort, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and relatively clean, making for a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to the shuttle drivers. They went above and beyond to ensure we got to our destinations smoothly, always with a smile and great conversation. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was a disastrous disappointment both on quality and our wallet. $350+ for four oddly cut pieces of beef called steak and an order wings. I think the resort would do well to reconsider using the Starbucks name unless they are committed to offering the true Starbucks experience, both in terms of product quality and consistency. Espresso does not belong in a chai latte and Tazo tea cannot compare to Teavana's. During a different season the onsite activities and waterpark would have been a wonderful distraction, so we look forward to trying those on our next visit.
