Una vacanza con la famiglia

Villa molto bella e in ottima posizione. Proprietari molto cortesi. Soggiorno, mese di agosto, piacevole. Esperienza positiva. Unica nota parzialmente negativa la strada di accesso alla villa, non tanto per le curve molto strette, ma per il manto stradale veramente pessimo. Occorre a mio avviso riasfaltare la strada.

Wundervoller Blick von sehr schönem Haus

Wir fanden alles so wie beschrieben vor. Haus und Terrasse sehr gemütlich und ausreichend Platz für uns vier. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Die Zufahrt zumm Haus ist nur mit einem kleineren Auto möglich. Maximal Golf Klasse. Lara war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wunderbares Haus in sehr schöner Lage!

Das mit Stil und Gefühl eingerichtete haus bietet gut Platz für 5-6 Personen; der fantastische Blick von der Terrasse lädt zum sitzen und Seele baumeln lassen ein. Die Zufahrt ist anfänglich abenteuerlich, dann jedoch gut zu meistern. Sehr angenehm, dass man fern vom Trubel der Strandpromenade und der Ortschaft ist! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort!

Super Haus, kann ich nur empfehlen

Wir hatten eine großartigen Aufenthalt. Die Lages des Hauses ist einmalig schön. Die Zufahrt etwas spektakulär, aber mit dem Auto problemlos machbar. Die Aussicht auf Stadt und Meer entschädigt für die Bergfahrt. Sehr schön und alles gepflegt.

Have been there with 4 kids and 4 adults, excellent! Highly recommendable. The location at the mountains is a nice contrast to the shore! Looking forward on coming again.

Excellent Country Home

We stayed in La Selvaccia for nine months (September through May) when my husband was transferred to Italy for work. The house is situated on a mountain with views overlooking Pietrasanta and the ocean. There is a gated garden with a nice patio & seating area to enjoy the view. In the winter there were lemons and oranges growing on the trees and in the spring the flowers and foliage were very beautiful. The house itself is tastefully decorated in Tuscan style and parts of it have been renovated. The living room and den area provide enough space for large groups, and the dining room has a large table with a pizza oven and wood-fired grill. The beds were very comfortable and the upstairs are split into two sections. One area has a master bedroom and connecting bath, and the other has a smaller queen bedroom, a kids bedroom with bunk beds, and a large bathroom. The house overall was well suited for large groups when we had guests. Be prepared for a very winding and steep driveway, especially if you are from the US! The owners were wonderful and easy to work with. Lara made us feel at home in Italy and were very responsive whenever we had an issue. Overall, we highly recommend this home for your next stay in Versilia!

Bellissima casa e comoda posizione!

Ho trascorso in questa casa una vacanza stupenda. La zona è comoda sia per godersi il mare sia per andare a fare delle escursioni nelle famose località vicine: Portofino, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca. La casa è di proprietà di Lara, una signora molto gentile e disponibile (avendo anche lei due bambini mi ha aiutato rispondendo alle mie domande). Tutte le camere erano molto pulite, con armadi capienti e doppi cuscini. Le lenzuola e la biancheria da bagno sono prese da una lavanderia quindi tutto sa di pulito e ben stirato. Un po' come a casa. Siamo andati spesso a cena fuori nei ristoranti di pesce e carne della zona, ma spesso ci siamo divertiti a fare la brace in giardino e abbiamo invitato gli amici a bere con noi del buon vino al tramonto. Un vero spettacolo! Il WI-FI funzionava perfettamente così come la lavatrice. Spero davvero di poter tornare il prossimo anno!

Selvaccia is a unique place to spend your holidays

I loved Selvaccia from day one. Its location makes it a unique place, surrounded by incredible nature and an astonishing view on the valley and the sea. Peace and calm, it's heaven on earth. The house is fully equipped and very elegant in all its details.
