On the hills of Versilia, in the middle of a green park, is located this vacation home in Camaiore (Lucca). It has a first floor and a second floor and offers a beautiful sea view, a garden, parking and privacy. The windows all have fly screens; air conditioning and heating are available. Outside: veranda with table, pergola with armchairs. From the swimming pool you can enjoy the sea view, by the pool there are 2 deck chairs and 2 sun loungers. The vacation home is reached by a private road of 400m, of which 100m are not asphalted, with two curves. The town of Camaiore is 3 km away and the beach is 10 km. The airport of Pisa in 30 km, the train station of Viareggio in 10 km.

Superbes vacances

Très jolie maison, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre et confortable. Avec surtout un magnifique jardin avec vue plongeante sur la mer. Spectacle magnifique du coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Impression d’être seuls au monde dans cette maison isolée et en même temps à seulement 45 minutes de Pise ou de Lucques. Je recommande vivement !
