The 196 M2 Apartment is on the ground floor of an astonishing neoclassic recently built Villa with 4000 M2 ground with olive garden and it includes a TV room with a fire place, a dinning room with sea view , fitness room , office room and 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The garden consists of rest areas, a private olive grove, flowers and has a sitting area at the sea front overlooking the beach below. Located 2 minutes by car from Rafina port , 3 minutes walk from the nearest tavern and cafe bar, a 15 minutes drive from the famous Marathons site ( where Leonidas and his army have a monument worth visiting) , 20 minutes from the modern Mac Arthur Outlet in Spata and a 40 minutes drive ( 26 KM ) from the center of Athens and Acropolis. The airport of Athens Elefterios Venizelos is only 20 Km away thus rendering this Apartment- Villa an ideal place to stay and rest when you decide to visit Athens. Great location and hosts

The whole experience was wonderful from day one. Beautiful property, Anna and Iraqis were both helpful and friendly. They treated us more like we were their guests than just people who had rented their place.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der unteren Etage des Hauses mit einem fantastischem Ausblick auf das Meer. Es ist ruhig gelegen, jedoch in geringer Entfernung von Athen. Die Vermieter sprechen deutsch, englisch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Nach dem Verlust unserer Ausweise haben sie sich einen ganzen Tag Zeit genommen, um die Ersatzbeschaffung inkl. Fotografen zu unterstützen. Dafür noch einmal vielen Dank.

Great location and great hosts

A beautiful location and discreet hosts made our stay memorable. The local beach is a short walk away, the view is unique, while the local town/shops a 5' drive. A good base from which to explore Attika (Marathon, Sounio etc) and Athens.

Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und sauber, wie in den Fotos und die Lage ist die beste in Attika! Das Apartment ist gerade ans Meer, liegt direkt über einen Strand dass sehr Sauber und mit klarem blauen Wasser ist. Man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, auch wenn Man drinnen beim Essen sitzt. Anna war sehr freundlich und Nett, Ich bin sehr zufrieden und hoffte, dass ich länger da bleiben könnte.

Very nice, little secluded vacation spot

we very much enjoyed this apartment. Very affordable with a fantastic view, clean and well-maintained, great access to nice little beach. Owners were very eager to help. Great location if you want day trip to Athens, easy to airport, and other sites around SE Greece. I would recommend to others for stay in SE Greece.

It is a unique sea front property with a beautiful 4000 M2 Mediterranean garden in Attika-Rafina. Our house overlooks the Evian gulf and is located a 15 minute car ride from Marathon Beach. It combines mountain air with sea breeze because of the unique flora of the area. The most beautiful aspect is the morning sun-rise when the sun breaks over the mountain tops of the mountains of Evia . The sea is crystal clear with a temperature of 20-23 C all season .
