Cozy place to stay

This property was bigger than we thought it was going to be. Very spacious, clean and cozy. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely stay here again the next time we’re in DC. Highly recommend for a trip with friends or family.

The house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was a little rough, but what you would expect in downtown area.

Pros: street parking right in front, short walk to MetroCons: AC not working, apartment at night was 78 degrees, no mirror in bathroom, had to shave in the reflection of microwave glass!, no washer/dryer as advertised, k-cups there but no Kuerig to make them, bedroom smoke detector battery needed replacement chirping every minute (I replaced the D battery, owner offered replacement the next day). More too!

DC visit

There was a heavy rain storm, and the floor flooded from the foundation. However, the owner who lives upstairs was very responsive and came first thing in the morning and cleaned it up and dried it up.
