The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and screened patio and proximity to the beach were wonderful. It was definitely late season, but the pool was not ready for use.

Matthew is an INCREDIBLE host. extremely responsive and was available whenever we messaged, he addressed any and all concerns we had promptly without any issue. The house is beautiful but all in all was a convenient space to stay.

Clean and nice. Did not realize it was a basement location which was the only bummer about it. Location was good and having off street parking was a win. Boat was great to communicate with as well!

We had a nice stay overall and appreciated the protected parking, washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, and great shower pressure.Owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns.Check-in instructions could be clearer—we needed to call for help, and others seemed to have the same issue.
