Great place to stay!

I stayed here with my husband for a couple nights and it was great! Very clean! The property manager was great to communicate with and was able to add another night to our stay which was a quick process. The location was a quick drive to downtown. We visited the brewery on-site and it was great as well! We had a great stay! If we travel through the area again, we would come back!

State baseball champion

My husband and I couldnt be happier with the flat. It had everything we needed for the weekend. The brewery and beer garden next door were delightful. Very close to dining spots. We would rent again if were in the area.

Really nice apartment with attention to detail in kitchen, gigantic tvs with Roku and the bldg is even attached to a brew pub! Comfortable bed and couch helped after long days hiking and biking. Really easy access to what we wanted to see in Roanoke. Appreciated the excellent communication with the owner!

Wasn’t able to stay

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see this property due to a death of the sweetest lady I know. I was spending time with her she passed just as I was getting ready to leave

Great location

This location is very convenient to downtown. Plenty of free onsite parking. The apartment is well furnished. The twoTVs is a nice feature. One minor annoyance was that the air conditioning unit in our apartment was extremely loud. It works great but very loud. Appliances are in like new condition, and there are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Check in was very simple and the host provided plenty of information. We did have one maintenance issue which was fixed promptly. Overall I think this property would be ideal for single travelers or young couples.

Mold - Bad Customer Service

First thing you notice when you walk into the rental is the strong smell of mildew. We also found mold on the air vent in the bathroom and living room, there is obviously a humidity/water issue as there are water marks all over the walls. We only stayed the first night as we arrived after 1am and had driven over 8 hours to stay at this location. The following morning we made arrangements to stay elsewhere. I then messaged the host to let him know what we had found and that we had vacated the unit. I also asked for a partial refund since it is not safe to stay there. The host refused to give me a refund and told me to contact vrbo customer support. He then messaged that the air quality was “excellent” according to a “sensor”. I do not recommend you stay here.
