The House is in a condominium with full service infrastructure, adult pool, children's pool, tennis court, soccer / basketball court, steam and sauna, fitness center, restaurant, children's play area, movie theater and beach. Optionally I offer boat rental 29 feet with sailor in the condominium marina itself.
The house has 2 suites with double bed, 1 suite with 4 single beds, dining room, living room, sitting room, kitchen, toilet and 2 decks with wide views of the woods and the sea. The house is complete, well decorated, has parking space for 3 cars and is at a distance from the social area of the condominium, which provides privacy and practicality. Condominium with security 24 hours.
