The House is in a condominium with full service infrastructure, adult pool, children's pool, tennis court, soccer / basketball court, steam and sauna, fitness center, restaurant, children's play area, movie theater and beach. Optionally I offer boat rental 29 feet with sailor in the condominium marina itself.
The house has 2 suites with double bed, 1 suite with 4 single beds, dining room, living room, sitting room, kitchen, toilet and 2 decks with wide views of the woods and the sea. The house is complete, well decorated, has parking space for 3 cars and is at a distance from the social area of the condominium, which provides privacy and practicality. Condominium with security 24 hours.

A casa é excelente e super bem equipada. Além disso o condomínio tem Uma infra ótima para crianças e um restaurante que atende super bem. Voltaremos com certeza!

Acho importante avaliar, pois quando procurei o imóvel não tinha muitos comentários, mesmo assim fechamos e para a nossa surpresa foi tudo muito bom, a casa esta super bem cuidada, localização e o condômino ótimo, não precisamos sair dele para nada, recomendo a locação do barco que é oferecido, passeio foi sensacional, pena que no outro dia choveu e não conseguimos fazer, mas o Jonas da casa deu todo auxilio, com certeza voltaria

Alugo a casa em poucas ocasiões, pois a utilizo frequentemente. É importante ter a satisfação de retornar e ver que está tudo bem cuidado como se fossemos nós. Marcelle e seus amigos são educados, bem humorados e fizeram isto! As portas estão abertas para quando quiserem voltar!

Casa muito charmosa, ótima localização

Alugamos a casa do Jonas de 5 a 14 de janeiro de 2017 e adoramos! Ele foi muito atencioso nos contactos iniciais, prestando todas as informações que pedimos. A casa é tal e qual aparece nas fotos, melhor até. Bem cuidada, charmosa e funcional, com uma linda vista. O condominio é muito bom e o restaurante em conta. Nosso neto de 8 anos adorou! O ponto alto foram os passeios na lancha do dono da casa, guiados pelo marinheiro Vitor que nos levou a praias paradisíacas. Viemos embora já planejando voltar...

Foi uma satisfação e tranquilidade ter recebido a Regina e família em nossa casa!Tanto em relação aos compromissos assumidos e totalmente cumpridos antes da chegada, quanto na entrada, ao longo da estadia e ao término do período. Utilizamos muito a nossa casa para uso pessoal e a recebemos de volta como se tivéssemos sido nós que a utilizamos no período. As nossas portas estarão sempre abertas para estes hóspedes nota 10!
