All guests must agree to follow city ordinance & house rules as disclosed prior to booking off the property.
1️⃣ NO parties of Any Kind Due to city ordinance.
2️⃣ NO Fireworks of Any Kind are allowed.
3️⃣ NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind, this includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
4️⃣ NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the Channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
5️⃣ Must follow Guest count max rules according to the listing description. Please update your guest count for insurance purposes; additional fees may apply.
6️⃣ Pets are not allowed - Bringing an unauthorized pet will incur in up to $1,000 fine plus damages
7️⃣ When cancelling a reservation, processing fees will not be refunded.
