About this property

Tropical getaway in the Cape! This home has been thoughtfully renovated with a coastal theme. You'll immediately relax when you enter our beachy home. Beautiful pool and canal views, indoor/outdoor living at it's best. Our home is fully furnished with all amenities and comforts of your own home so you can pack light! Have a cookout with the grill, and enjoy the convenience of out new oudoor solar shower. We have 3 kayaks for your enjoyment, and also 2 bikes, and fishing poles upon request.
The space
Our home is open concept, and there is ample seating for everyone, indoors and outdoors. There are 2 queen and 2 twin beds, all with new and very comfortable mattresses and plush pillows and bedding. Two full baths with spa-like feel and amenities. Hair dryers, storage baskets, and complimentary soap, shampoo, and cream rinse. TV's with Roku in every room. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Complimentary waters and a few Keurig pods to start your vacation right!
Guest access
There is a washer/dryer for your convenience in the garage. Please use the garage only for this purpose. Do not borrow owner's belongings unless specifically given permission (i.e. fishing poles, coolers). If you need something, please ask and we are happy to accommodate. Parking only in driveway, not on street. Full access to house and yard. Boat is off-limits. However, if you rent a boat, you can pull it up to the dock for easy access. There are life jackets for kayaks in the deck box. Please launch kayaks only from our dock. We recommend wearing helmets when using bikes. Please use plastic dishes provided when eating or drinking outdoors. No glass on pool deck or in pool or spa for safety reasons. No smoking or vaping anywhere in or on property.
Other things to note
There is an additional pool heat fee of $250 per week that will be billed separately. If you stay longer than 3 weeks, we can negotiate a total fee for your stay. Minimum pool fee of $250 for stays under a week. Pets are on a case by case basis, and there will be a pet fee applied. Please request more info from owner's on this. Back yard is enclosed with a pool safe fence, but canal is not fenced.
