Come and Enjoy this Fabulous newly built home on a fresh water canal in the popular Northwest Cape Coral. This modern, excellent furnished home has master suite on one side of the home, complete with a king bed, 2 queen beds, twin beds and access to the lanai and pool . Master bedroom comes with king bed and the tastefully decorated 2nd, 3rd bedrooms are both furnished with queen beds and ample space. The 4th bedroom has twin beds. There are TVs in all of the rooms including outside on the lanai. Also, there is a foosball machine in the foyer for your enjoyment. Large kitchen with granite countertop, stainless steel appliances with 2 barstools, washer/dryer, iron, hair dryers, cable TV, DVD player, internet and bicycles . All linens are included. You'll find everything you need.

Spacious, large pavered outside area with a large heated pool, dining for 8 guests, gas grill for barbequing , cushioned patio furniture and a flat screen TV. The home features all the comfort and enjoyment of home including free Wifi and Washer and Dryer.

Enjoy the sun all day in the back yard and meals under the shaded lanai with overhead fans. Swim in the heated pool while you prepare dinner on the gas grill. You can fish from the sea wall or just relax in the lawn chairs and watch the wildlife.

The professionally landscaped home is in an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood; with stores, restaurants, local beach and water sports only 10-15 minutes away, and about 30 minutes to the famous Ft. Myers beaches and attractions. We have beach towels and a cooler for our guest.

The home is handicap friendly and comfortable for our guests.

Great Home to Vacation

The location of the house is a quiet neighborhood where you can find yourself escaping from the everyday chaos. The pool was absolutely delightful treat as it was heated just right and had night lights to enjoy. Our family enjoyed staying there as it felt like a second home.

Enjoyable and relaxing getaway.

We had a fabulous time at this house. The pool and patio area was great. The house was spotless. We would recommend leaving a guest book with checkout instructions. Also the front door handle is loose and it was supposed to get fixed but it never was. Overall we enjoyed our staycation in your beautiful house.

Perfect vacation

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home. It was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable as well. The location was close to anything & everything you would need. The pool was an added bonus - beautiful, clean and warm. Charlie, the property manager was great! He answered all of our question and even stopped by to help us with the TV. Thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful Property

Great stay! The home was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Good location, within 10 minutes of most things in Cape Coral. 30 minutes or so to Ft. Meyers. We were a little disappointed that they came to clean the pool on our last day and we had to wait 3 hours before we could use it. That was the only complaint, other than that a perfect stay.

Great comfoetable home with pool and canal view!

Our family really enjoyed staying here! We had eight people and it was a comfortable stay for all of us. We loved the pool and canal in the back. It was the perfect way to enjoy the Florida weather. We had many meals outside which we enjoyed. The house was very clean. We were able to contact the property manager very easily. The location was perfect for the things our family wanted to do (beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc.) Overall it was a very nice place to stay. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Relaxing Home

My family really enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Lots of towels and beach towels available. Great hot water in the bathrooms and shower water pressure. Pool was clean and pretty at night. Our son enjoyed fishing on the canal which was just a few steps away. The caretaker Charlie was friendly and helpful. House was very spacious and the washer and dryer were a great amenity. Would stay there again if on vacation!

Spectacular!

The Mariner is very clean and inviting. The space is bigger than the pictures show. The pool is awesome! In a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, but close to restaurants and grocery, and beaches! We were very happy with this home, and the owners and property manager are very responsive. You won't be sorry renting this one! Thank you!

Super clean, roomy house, comfortable beds! Great location, tons of things to do in the area. Would definitely stay there again! *FYI-Does charge for electricity, which wasn't mentioned in fees. Explains it in the rental agreement after you pay the payment. Alotted $10/day, $50/week. We were a family of 6, there for 7 days, had to pay $28.15 for overage. Maybe a thought to have it at $70/ week if you're there a full week? Otherwise no issues! 😊

Baseball Bound Champs

Thank you for a great stay. My family and I Ioved the home. It was clean and had every comfort of home. We were there for a baseball tournament and were able to enjoy this house on our off time. It was actually less then a hotel stay would have cost us. The pool was great and the home was nicer than the pictures. The owner let us check out a little later because of our baseball schedule and we really appreciated not having to check out before we played at 7. We were able to go back after our games and grab our belongings. They were super professional and super friendly. We will be back the next time we play in the area. Stay in this home it's great.
