The space
Our lake lot is unique in size and it offers a private boat dock on Lake Lanier. For indoors we have a foosball table and board games.

Any pet damage or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home as well as the private back porch and private dock.

Other things to note
All vehicles should be parked in the driveway. The county does not allow vehicles on road or grass.

Please note that there is currently a boat parked in the dock slip. However, if you are bringing a boat and need to park in slip then please let us know in advance so that we can move the boat(alongside dock) else please feel free to park your boat alongside the dock.

The dock is just a quick and pleasant 3-minute walk from the house.

Safety Note: Please use caution while swimming, boating, fishing, using the dock, or enjoying the hot tub. There are no lifeguards on duty, and guests assume responsibility for their own safety during use.
