This property is beautiful, very clean, great views of the lake, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and easy communication with the hosts. We also loved the fire pit. We would highly recommend this property

The host, Teresa, was responsive, kind, available and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better host! The property was perfect, especially since we had someone who was mobility impaired and the rooms were all on one floor. The views and amenities were truly lovely.

The house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views! It was very quiet and relaxing. We were in town for a wedding nearby and it was the perfect place to stay. Only 5 min to Lake Lanier Islands Resort. The owner was very helpful with all our questions and requests. Thank you.

We had four adults looking for a special place to hang out and relax together. Lakepoint met all our needs for creature comforts in a serene and beautiful lake front setting. The host thought of everything and went beyond expectations. The location is secluded yet close to good places to eat. Our guys were picked up right on the private dock for a fishing outing. We absolutely recommend this property with space for a larger group or family. Thank you, Teresa for being such a welcoming host!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Lakepoint! Teresa and Patti were wonderful. They responded to our questions thoroughly and quickly. The home was gorgeous with beautiful views and made the perfect vacation spot for our family.

This was our second year in a row staying here, and it was just as great as we remembered. The home is exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained. Having four bedrooms, each with its own king bed and private master suite, is perfect for our group and gives everyone plenty of comfort and privacy.The dock is fantastic and one of our favorite features. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lake. Enjoyed all the great sunsets. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend this property!

Our stay at Lake Point House was just perfect! We were 5 adults and one child and we all had plenty of space to spread out, have some alone time on any of the screened in porches off the bedrooms and side of house, or be together in the big beautiful open plan kitchen/living room area with an incredible view everywhere in the house!! We really enjoyed relaxing on the dock and going in the lake with the floats that were provided and making s’mores around the fire pit. Thank you Teresa and Patti for one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had as a family in a long time, your house and location was just perfect for us!! Pat G

Outstanding stay at this beautiful lakehouse. The property was extremely clean and well decorated. The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils and quality cookware. Communications with the host were perfect and they went out of our way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We would come back without hesitation.
