Our stay at this two-flat was what we needed for our group of 14! We did not really cook in the unit, but had activities planned and ate out for dinners. Everything was convenient to get to and Ubers & Lyfts were very quick!Thank you so much.

Perfect location and set up for wedding weekend

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. The host was amazing, allowing us to use the house for the bridal party to get ready the day of and hosting a gathering on Sunday. The space was perfect for our large group. We used all of the rooms. I am grateful to have found this property.

Cousin Reunion

We came from all over the country to meet in Chicago. The house was great and just as described. We felt it was in a very safe neighborhood. We cooked all our meals, and it was a bit short on silverware and dishes.

Clean, Quiet. Safe Stay in Good Neighborhood

My team from work and I stayed here during our trip to Chicago. The neighborhood was pretty, safe, and quiet, with a gas station and stores within walking distance. The building is older, so there are a few quirks here and there, but everything that needs to be modern and updated, is. When we had a maintenance issue (probably due to our mistake), the host responded quickly and sent someone to fix it within a matter of minutes. It can be tricky to find a place with such a large number of bathrooms and bedrooms (and 2 kitchens!) so if you’re looking for a good place for a group to stay in Chicago, this is it! The building has 3 floors, each with bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms, so it’s perfect for a group to come together or split up as they want. The building is a short distance from the train station, and there is street parking as well as the 2-car garage if you have a number of vehicles in your party.
