Newly Renovated Beach Condo with 2 Kings...Awesome Pool, Beach and Sunset Views

We take great pride in the decor and condition of our condo and are happy this guest appreciated the newly renovated space. We vacationed at the South Seas Towers complex for many years and loved it so much that we purchased and renovated three units in Tower 3. Yes, the pool attendant enforces the no food rule for the benefit of all. You will not find pests or sticky finger marks in the pool area. There is plenty of parking available on the first and second levels of the parking garage and the lot near the front door. We have never felt the need for assigned parking spaces. In fact, we like being able to park in the nearest spot available. Regarding the crowded pool situation, we stayed at another of our units that same week and I can attest that the weather was cold and windy. Folks who would normally be walking or lounging on the beach were more likely to use the heated pool. We never had any issues finding open lounge chairs...that week or ever before. I hope this review will not deter vacationers from enjoying one of our favorite places.

I was so disappointed to read this review as it is not an entirely accurate account of events. Written from the wife’s perspective, it does not take into consideration the conversation I had with the husband who booked this last-minute, discounted getaway. I could have simply accepted the paid reservation request he submitted online. Instead, I called to explain the situation regarding the door and window replacement project currently underway at the South Seas complex. I told him the construction crew was working on the 11th floor that week and he should expect intermittent noise on weekdays between 7:30am – 5pm. He determined it would not be a problem. It was clearly a problem for his wife. Other recent guests have said my description of the construction project was fair and adequate. Although some days were noisier than others, they said there was no issue before 8am or after 4:30pm. I’m still trying to sort out what happened with the pest control service. When the husband called me to say someone entered the unit while his wife was in the shower, he did not say anyone entered the bathroom. The management company posted notices that the exterminator would be spraying that day, but they did not inform owners by email. When I contacted the office, I was told the technician knocked on the door before entering and began spraying the hallway and kitchen. When he heard a sound from the bathroom, he left the unit. It’s an unfortunate event in any case. Management has assured me it will not happen again.
