If your taste exceeds your budget, this immaculate, spacious pool home is the one for you! More extras than you could imagine to make your stay just like being at home! Large, comfortable beds with smart TVs in every room. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you can dream of and high-end stainless steel appliances. Enclosed lanai with sparkling heated pool & pet friendly too! Fully stocked and ready for your stay so book today! **Car rental is available separately :)
~Please read the House Manual
~Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. The nice lady next door will get grumpy if you`re super loud lol
~No parties or large gatherings, any additional guests must be approved. We`re totally chill and realize you may have friends or family visit so just let us know if you`re having over night guests.
-Cancellation policies are firm so please be sure to look into travel insurance.
**Travel insurance is required if you intend to use any extra equipment like bikes, kayaks, etc.
~No Smoking in the home, we`ve provided ashtrays on the lanai tables or bbq but if you smoke outdoors be sure all windows and doors are closed. There will be a $500 cleaning fee charged if there is any smoke smell in the home.
~If you have pets you are responsible to remove all pet waste
~Follow cleaning instructions when you leave
