This home has one of the best locations in Cape Coral. Biking distance to Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Yacht Club Public Beach. Although it is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is minutes from the downtown Cape area with its many amazing restaurant and bar options. Equipped with everything you need to cook and plenty of activities inside the home to make your stay enjoyable. Relax outside on the huge screened lanai, play some air hockey, bbq and relax. A fleet of nice bicycles also included for your use or go for a nice walk in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Fenced in area for your pets in the yard. (Additional house cleaning fee for pets)Futon in living room for guests as well.

We had a great stay overall. The house was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and a great fit for our trip.When we first arrived, the pool was a bit dirty, which seemed to be due to the water level being low. I reached out to the host, and he responded quickly with instructions to add water and had the pool company come out the very next day to take care of it.What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness and professionalism. He was polite, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was handled promptly. That level of service made a big difference in our experience.Would definitely stay here again!
