Our one-of-a-kind, light-filled midcentury modern home offers all the space you need for you and your guests to come together or spread out. Enjoy hilltop views of our working farm while you lounge by the pool in the summer, or gather in the cozy unique sunken living room in the winter. With a ping pong table, a well-equipped gym, a large open-concept kitchen, and a bright and airy office for when duty calls, this house has something for everyone in the group. We're always happy to show guests what we're doing around the farm, or point you to the local trails and recreational opportunities.

We're your hosts, Philip and Zuzu. This home is really special to us, as it's Phil's childhood home where we've returned to fulfill our dream of starting a diversified, regenerative farm. We rent our home out because we love for it to reach its full potential, providing a special place for groups of family and friends to come together and make lifelong memories.

Why they chose this property

We are in a semi-rural area, bordered by several hundred acres of conservation land on one side and situated a quarter mile away from a lake and river that offer lovely kayaking. Our home is half an hour away from New Hampshire's capitol of Concord, which offers a quaint main street with lots of shopping and dining opportunities, and 90 minutes to the nearest areas of the White Mountain National Forest.

What makes this property unique

Our home, built in the early '70s in the modern style of the time, is unlike many others you'll find in New England. A wall of floor-to-ceiling, west-facing windows fills the huge, open concept main living area with light and views of our hillside farm, while the wings of the house provide four bedrooms, an office, a "playroom" with a gym and ping pong table, and a screened-in porch opening onto our large pool deck.
