Our stay was great. Nick was not only a great host, but he is very easy to get a hold of if needed. The property was everything as described in the listing. We will definitely book this place again.
This was a great house for nine family members to enjoy Thanksgiving. Adequate beds for all of us, room for everyone around the dining table for the turkey feast and an ample wrap around couch for viewing Christmas movies.
Great walking and hiking trails right out the door.
We had an amazing time! The use of the beach with the paddle boards and kayaks and chairs were amazing to have! Everything in the house was perfect, pretty much just needed ourselves! For anyone going, make sure to check for ticks, there were quite a few on us and our dog after sitting at the fire pit, but that comes with being in the woods. We would definitely stay again and suggest anyone to book a stay!
The lake was a huge plus and beautiful! House was well fortified and clean. Property was pretty even though the area was undergoing renovations. Golf cart was a blast!

Family 60 year Celebration and Tday
We had a nice time, but the place is very rustic and needs some updates. We were very pleased with quick assistance we had with the property manager for a couple little challenges.
The property is very unique, located on an old summer camp. The yard, home and beach access are all very enjoyable and made for a lovely relaxing weekend with family. Our pups and baby were also very comfortable with the accommodations. Bring bug spray for the month of June as the mosquitoes were out in full force! We will definitely be back again.
What a great place!! It’s an old camp. The house was perfect! Everything you could need. Golf cart was definitely a great bonus. Tons of toys at the lake for adults. The water is very clean. Lots of comfy chairs. Just a great family getaway!!
The house was very clean and provided plenty of room for our family of 10 plus a dog. We thought the house might be too small but the pictures don't do it justice. There was lots of space for all of us. My teenage nephews LOVED the basement with pool table, air hocky and tv. We had a great weekend in January!
Communication with property owner was efficient and he was very helpful. House is nice, basement with game room was the fan favorite. Location was great, a short drive to the lake with access to lake equipment enough for everyone. Not many cleaning supplies so we had to get our own, but other than that, we all enjoyed the trip.

Very over priced, need to update pictures very outdated ! Something needs to be done about the terrible smell and dead rodents in the downstairs.I will not recommend this place to anyone especially if you have breathing issues.
This place was adorable it’s on an old camp ground so you walk or ride in the golf cart weather permitting all along the trails and the little Lake is a cute spot it’s pretty quiet and semi private there are kayaks to take out on the Lake or swim out to the inflatable trampoline which my kids loved. The only thing I could’ve done without was so much bugs but unfortunately it’s been an overly wet summer so it was unavoidable. Overall really cute place if you want a nice quiet vacation with beautiful scenery away from it all
This house was amazing for our annual reunion! The house was the perfect size for a group of 8. All the beds were comfy, and the linens were provided. Having stayed at several rental properties, I have come to expect some basic necessities (cleaning supplies, spices, sugar, board games, etc) and this house did not have any of those things, so make sure to bring your own! That being said, the amenities that were provided were outstanding. We spent everyday down at the semiprivate beach, lounging on the chairs and using the numerous provided water toys/paddle boards/kayaks and we finished off each night with a fire in the fire pit. The old summer camp made for a really cool location, and the host was extremely accommodating and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again!

Spacious, nature, but mildew
This property has a lot of potential. We enjoyed the soft well water, space and nature around us. Unfortunately, we had ants everywhere inside the house. The basement rooms have a pungent mildew smell and there was visible mold on the window frames. One kitchen window was broken, letting insects in.
When contacting the host, some people where sent over to the property with fresh sheets and ant traps. Many other things that needed fixing were deemed as a “summer projects”! But that didn’t help us. We stripped the beds and put on fresh sheets. We wanted to use the golf cart but it didn’t work, which wasn’t a big deal.
Otherwise, the lake close by is beautiful and there’s a nice fire pit on the property.
We came I early April and wish we would have xome in the summer or at least a month later. The place was great, it was just too cold. We attempted to go down to the lake but the road was still covered in snow. We drove down to black pond lake which was accessable but the wind off the lake made it freezing.
This house would be fabulous in the late spring, summer, and fall! We were all excited about the cute bag of toilitries in the bathrooms. We had a party of 7 and had plenty of room to share. The children enjoyed the darte air hockey and pool downstairs. I enjoyed lighting a fire in the fire pit outside. The kitchen had almost everything We needed. We only found salt and pepper and no oil so added that to our grocery list which was fine. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and things We needed otherwise.
I was bummer to not be able to use the golf cart but that's because it doesn't operate this time of year which makes sense with the snow on the road.
Overall We had a good time but washed We could have come during the summer.

Needs attention!
We arrived and checked in with no problem.
The basement smelled so bad of mildew, my daughter and grand child had the room down stairs.
When they woke up the first night staying down there my daughter was having trouble breathing and she has asthma.
This can be very dangerous for your health.
Every bedroom had an empty plug in air freshener in the outlets. Even the upstairs bedrooms had mildew smell.
We had one lost day because we could not get in touch with the owner.
All my stuff and my mom’s stuff was in the bedroom and the door would not open it was jammed some how. It took the whole day to get a response back and someone come to fix the issue.
The house all so has a mice problem, I can see if they were in the basement but they were in the living space area to we seen in the kitchen and running from behind the couch in the living room.
I did tell the 2 men that came to fix the bedroom door about the mice.
Too bad because it’s a nice area with the beach in all the fun stuff for kids.
Rugs should not be in a rental with a beach near by.
Just a recommendation because that is we’re the smells were coming from.
Mold issue should be addressed asap!
