When you enter this Windswept Villa, you are welcomed by the Kiawah ocean views. The entry has beautiful tile and a renovated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, and a large center island with bar seating for three. The custom-crafted dining room table with seating for six is perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The living room offers a new comfortable sectional sofa and large flat screen TV and is brightened by many windows and doors facing the ocean.

The primary suite offers views of the ocean, a king-sized bed, and a writing desk with a chair. The private primary bathroom is equipped with a tiled shower, large double sink vanity, and walk-in closet. The queen bedroom has lovely views of the ocean access the deck. The bedroom has its own door to access the hall bathroom. This bathroom features a walk-in shower and large vanity with a single sink. The third bedroom has twin beds which can also be pushed together to make a king-sized bed with the custom wall mounted headboard. The bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

This special villa has a covered porch with table and chairs for enjoying meals in the ocean breezes as well as another open deck which is a rare feature for Windswept Villas. Being an end unit, the views are outstanding and the privacy just adds to the unique features of this property.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
