This attractive second-floor oceanfront Windswept Villa has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, a private deck, and a wonderfully inviting interior. No first cup of morning coffee is as memorable as one enjoyed before a slow ocean sunrise on your own private deck. Get your day going by preparing a hearty pancake breakfast in the full kitchen then enjoy it over the handsome wooden dining table. Eat up, because the beach is only a few steps away, and a whole day of sun and sand awaits! Challenge a friend to a game of tennis on the shared court, explore the dunes and lush vegetation that surround the complex, and finish the day with a nice glass of wine and some good conversation while you relax in the deck chairs. Later, spread out in the spacious living area to enjoy a good show on the flatscreen cable TV or catch up on your favorite novel.

The stay was great. Overall clean and quiet. The only issue was the water in the refrigerator didn’t dispense and there was a little mold in the master bathroom shower.

Nice unit with a great ocean view! Everything was as advertised and clean. Any question we asked was answered promptly and the upfront information provided was very thorough. Our family of 4 had a great time. Plenty of space. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach.It was kind of odd that there is no ability to use the pool that is basically right across the road, but I guess that’s the way it goes.We would definitely consider staying again if we come back to Kiawah!

We checked in to the unit which was seamless as we have been to Kiawah Island several times before and the process is without flaw. The unit was extremely clean, smelled extremely fresh and all of the towels and sheets had been cleaned that day. We were very happy with the location and we are right on the beach and all of the appliances work perfectly and there was plenty of room inside the unit. The TV availability was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the unit was Central to all important events on the island

Great location with excellent beach view and quick access to the beach with the walkway located next to the building. Unit was clean, nice furniture, well decorated and plenty of room for 4 people. Plenty of parking, quiet area and a close walk to the "Nest" which is one of the marketplaces to get pretty much anything you need. Can't wait to return!
