One full-sized bathroom is available on the 2nd floor of the property with basic amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and toothbrush kit) Hair dryer is supplied. Equipped with Water-Softening System.

Living space:
Our living room is in the center of the home with enough room for large gatherings and is equipped with a 55” Smart TV with streaming channels Netflix, Hulu, amazon, Disney Plus etc.

Kitchen/dining area:
A chef’s kitchen with plenty of room for all your cooking needs. Drawers are fully equipped with kitchen gadgets and utensils for guests to cook and serve up the most delicious meals! The kitchen dining seats four comfortably. Other appliances provided include: microwave, hot water kettle, and toaster.

Backyard:
As you exit the kitchen side door, the patio area provides privacy fencing. Seating is available on an outdoor dining table for the perfect outdoor dining experience.

Garage:
The garage is available for guest use with capacity for 1 vehicle and available Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger. *Bring your own charging cable*

Guests have full access to the property and additional parking in the garage with EV charger. There is ample parking on the driveway and garage for up to 3 vehicles. STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED.

It was not a pleasant experience. When we got there the floor was wet in the living room. There were ants and gnats in the bathroom. Gnats in the kitchen. There was nothing to use for cooking except some dirty pans and spatulas. She shelves and cabinets were filthy. No silverware at all. Tried to use the oven and it would only turn on broil settings. Then the oven would not turn off we had to just unplug it and hope the gas turned off too. I did not have kitchen towels or pot holders. No seasoning (salt,pepper) no oil no kitchen basics. I mentioned the oven not working to the owner and he said he forgot to mention that it was broke. There were no games like the ad had stated. The refrigerator door was broken. And there was no access to the garage like it had also stated in the VRBO ad. We messaged the owner and that was just a headache as all he could say was oh I forgot or oh I’m so sorry. Had to leave unopened freezer food I bought for the kids because he “forgot” to mention the oven was broke. We had to spend more than planned feeding a family of 6 when I had already picked up groceries for our stay that I was unable to cook. Overall I did not enjoy my stay and would never return.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am deeply sorry that your stay fell so far short of expectations. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. During your reservation we had a guest check out that day, therefore the floors may have not completely dried. Regarding the gnats and ants, during the summer months, if the door is left opened this could lead to some pests entering the home. I take full responsibility for failing to inform you about the broken oven beforehand. As we look to get the part to repair the oven, I have included a temporary mini oven for our guests to use. We would like to make this right financially. Please reach out to me directly at so we can discuss a full refund for your stay, as well as compensation for the groceries you were unable to use.

Convenient

This cute little house was close to park and a short drive from Bricktown. The house was charming and clean but did retain some smell of having been smoked in regularly. The beds were comfy, linens were clean, and all appliances worked well. We enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately, a previous guest left a door open while smoking outside, which seems to have caused the issue. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Oklahoma Stay

Came to Oklahoma City for work and family came to stay with me. Check in process very good, property had a funny smell when we entered and the air was not on. The neighborhood was decent but on day 2 we were approached by police in the neighborhood that were looking for a suspect in a crime that happened across the street.Felt safe the whole time but definitely on edge a bit. Outside of that everything was as listed
