This is an awesome house that served multiple families well. Very close to downtown Whitefish, Big Mountain skiing and Glacier. The kids loved the media room and the adults were able to relax upstairs. The hottub was great after a long day of skiing and if you stay here in the winter you must do a Polar Plunge in the lake! There is ample parking for 4-5 cars or so.
I rented this accommodation for an annual ski trip. It was one of the best rentals we've ever had. The kitchen was well stocked, enough towels for the occupants and perfectly located near the ski resort. The location is serene.
Our large family was very comfortable and at home at this beautiful lake house. There is so much space to gather as a group and individual bedroom space as well. Annie was a wonderful host and was very responsive. We hated to leave and would love to stay again!
This property was gorgeous on Whitefish lake. The description did talk about three levels but be forewarned that there’s stairs to get anywhere with this house. We had some elderly relatives that definitely struggled with the house. There’s a few smaller maintenance things that could be addressed but overall this was a great stay. We appreciated all that it offered and the space in a gorgeous place for our family to stay. Thanks so much for a great stay!
The location of this property was beautiful with easy access to the lake. Unfortunately the upkeep of this property was lacking and the communication with the property manager was disappointing. There was no ladder on the dock which made it difficult to get in and out of the water. The theatre room had multiple broken chairs and the projector produced white lines through the images on the wall and would intermittently turn off for no reason. The pool table was placed in an area where you couldn't fully extend because the wall was in the way. The bedding was old and some of it looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. The seating outside was old and looked like it would break if you sat on it. We actually went to walmart and purchased new chairs to sit on the dock. Some of the blinds were broken and didn't close all the way. When we arrived at the property the power was out - which of course isn't the fault of the property manager- but when we arrived it was late and dark, and we weren't sure when the power might come back on. It was difficult maneuver through the unknown property in the dark and I reached out to the property manager (via text and a phone call) when I heard back hours later it was simply a screenshot of the power outages in the area. The lack of care was very off putting and rude. I would think she would want to check to make sure we got in okay considering there had been a storm and we had no power. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hi Karen, thank you for your feedback! We wish we had known about your concerns during your stay - we would have gladly made every effort to address them at the time. Since hearing from you, we've replaced the projector bulb, the media chairs are plugged back in, provided new beach chairs, and ordered fresh duvet covers and comforters. We wash all bedding after each guest but are happy to go the extra mile to ensure our guests’ satisfaction. 😊
Regarding the pool table, while we can't change the room layout, there is a short stick for tricky shots near the wall. The blinds are scheduled for repair, and we’re hoping to add a swimming dock ladder soon. We installed a new dock this summer hadn't realized how important a ladder would be to some guests—thank you for pointing that out!
As for the windstorm, it was indeed a challenging event for everyone across Montana and Idaho. Over 37,000 homes in the Flathead Valley were without power, and the storm caused widespread damage. In emergency situations like this, unforeseen delays in response times can happen. In this case, our response was delayed by about an hour and a half. We sent a real-time power outage update link from the power company to help our guests stay informed, but I apologize for any confusion—it was not a photo but a live link to track updates. We’ll be sure to make that clearer for future guests.
We appreciate your patience and hope you'll give us another opportunity to welcome you back in the future!
