About this space
Bear Chase Bungalow - 2 hours north of Boston, 10 minutes from I-93 and you’re in the midst of the White Mountain National Forest. An abundance of activities await - winter, spring, summer and fall, - make Bear Chase Bungalow your base camp.
The space
Enjoy our delightful 2-bed, 2-bath condo. 2 private bedrooms plus a convertible sofa bed will accommodate 6 people comfortably. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to make coffee, whip-up a hearty breakfast before heading out for a day on the slopes, or for a big spaghetti dinner at the end of a day of hiking.
The Community Recreation Center is a 2-minute ride down to the intersection of Hodgeman Hill Road and Green Circle. Indoor and outdoor (seasonal) pools, hot tub, weight room, basketball court, children’s activities. Check with the front desk for hours as they change seasonally.
Guest access
You will receive the entry code approximately 48 hours prior to arrival.

Other things to note:
Check-in must be before 10:00 pm
Due to Association Regulations, the fireplace is not available for use by our guests. Any sign of tampering with the lock on the fireplace doors will result in a fine.

The homeowner has provided 1 Guest Pass which allows you access to the Community Recreation Center. Additional guests in your party will pay a fee and children 7 and under are free of charge. Please bring beach towels (provided by the homeowner) with you as they are not provided by the Rec Center.

Please return the Guest Pass to the condo before checking out. There is a $50 replacement fee for a lost pass.

Mountain get away

We had a wonderful weekend stay for a wedding. Bear Chase Bungalow was a perfect accommodation for our crew of 4 adults- we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was a very comfortable and exquisitely decorated with all the amenities that we needed. The peace and tranquility was just perfect. Highly recommend!

No pets allowed unless your the owner

We were over all satisfied with our stay but I did reach out to who I believe was a property manager about a few things regarding cleanliness. We were confused as to why there was dog hair, dog poop bags in the bottom of the trash, dog toys and a dog lead outside if the property wasn't pet friendly. The property manager informed me that the owner comes and stays monthly with his dog. I found this off putting since I dont own a dog and wouldn't rent a place that houses one.
