Beach Daze is an oceanfront unit with ocean views, pool views and covered porches. Beach Daze is the ideal vacation spot for families featuring games, books and even community WiFi should you need to do a little work while away. Endless community amenities will keep the family entertained from sun up to sun down!

This retreat provides everything you need for the perfect OBX vacation!

Partial/mini stays are happily accepted beginning Labor Day through the end of the year. Please call to confirm availability.

Barrier Island Station offers fantastic community amenities for your family's enjoyment. The community complex includes handicapped beach access, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool with poolside bathrooms and outdoor showers, a snack bar, a new rec center with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise area, a playground, tennis courts‚ a pickleball court, a volleyball court, 1/2 basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, a grilling area, 2 electric car charging stations, and coordinated children's activities in-season. Relax inside one of the beach gazebos and listen to the sounds of the sea, or head to the waves for fun in the sun!

The community outdoor pool is available from May 1st to the end of October. The community pool is not heated.

Parking at this complex consists of one designated spot, all others are first come first served. For the electric car charging stations, the price is $1.50/hour. Please be courteous and move your vehicle after charging. If your car is not electric, be sure to not park in these spaces to avoid being towed.

For your convenience, sheets, towels, and bedmaking are provided.

There is no elevator available at this unit or building.

Beach Daze is not pet-friendly.

Location of the unit is great. Easy access to pool and beach. Parking was very easy to find a spot

Check in was very easy. Paid for early check in and we were delayed. Kitchen needs to be updated.

Overall our stay was fantastic. The property was extremely easy to navigate. The updated deck walk ways to get to the pool and beach was nice. Made pulling a wagon very easy. Our kids really enjoyed playing trivia while swimming. My only complaint is they are not golf cart charging friendly. If you are lucky enough to book a unit that has a plug outside that is close to a parking spot you are fine. We did not, and was basically told we our out of luck to charge a golf cart on property.

Craziest and Owners Cheap

Well call on day of checkin and they said checkin is at 4 pm. 4 pm came and gone and Sun Realty said they are completing inspections now but we went to condo and no one was there. Finally got code. The laundry room about fell. Pictures of that will be attached. Got up next morning to fix breakfast and sink handle fell off. Great inspection. Guy came a few hours later and said needed to get approval from Sun Reality for faucet. Finally came back with a cheap faucet and got that on and took out sink sprayer. Imagine trying to fix meals with all that going on. Ask for first day refund but Sun Reality said had to wait for owner approval. Worse place we have ever stayed at.

We appreciate that you reported it to us so that it could be swiftly addressed and remedied that same day. As the faucet was repaired in a timely manner, the request for a refund was not approved by the homeowner. We hope you enjoyed spending time with your family here on the OBX.
