very family friendly community and a very laid back area Jack was tremendously helpful and always responded within 30 minutes to our texts. We had an amazing stay in such a beautiful and accomadating home. The amenities were abundant from a grill to the beach wagon. The view was spectacular from the third floor balcony which was itself a view to behold as well. I will be renting it again thanks so much for the wonderful trip.

The wi-fi was not included in the information. we only received it the next day. Overall loved the location, how open the floor plan was. We loved including our fur family and extended family was renting close by and they were able to join us for meals & game time. Issues that it wasn't listed that the place was the 3rd floor, tried all the code on all the floors before we found the right door, that was frustrating. I walk with a cane, and the stairs were a challenge for me. Not sure we would have rented if I had known it was the 3rd floor, but it turned out well. Freight elevator was wonderful (once we purchased a battery for it) and very needed. Hornets made it challenging and had some small issues with lights/fans not working. We did have good interactions with the owner, just the internet Wi-Fi wasn't provided. We would consider renting again, especially if they upgrade to a full person elevator!

Our stay was excellent! When you walk in you can smell the brand newness . The house is so spacious with everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. Comfy beds and great pillows! The view of the ocean is amazing. The cargo elevator is a major bonus. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We were only in town for a couple days but can’t wait to return!

The picture is deceiving because it’s not the property, but the view. No information indicated we were at the top level of the unit. Spent too much time putting code in bottom unit and then realized that’s why the code didn’t work. Hopefully owners will indicate this info in the description in the future. The property was very nice and well equipped.

An Ocean View

Our stay was too brief. Just one week. This house has great potential. It is brand new and still a work in process. We enjoyed using the Keurig and the Airfryer. It is a very comfortable house with a great front porch to see the ocean view. The owner was highly responsive to our needs, despite the fact that he was suffering from Covid. We wish him luck with this new property.
