Newly Renovated, Entire place, one side of duplex in residential area. Only 4 miles to Navarre Beach. Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets The two bathrooms have solid wood cabinets with granite counter tops. Main bedroom features a queen bed. The additional bedroom has a bunk with a trundle. Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. Freshly painted with new LVP flooring. Enough parking for a couple of cars and your boat.
