Newly Renovated Home away from Home...Sandcastle Beach #43

Just a heads up we recently renovated both of the tub/shower enclosures for the two full bathrooms. Thought you might appreciate we definitely take our clients comments as much as possible and are always striving to make the property better for future guests.

We offered you to have our cleaning lady come back and do the places you mentioned. You decided to take a refund and then complain about it over and over again even in the review. How fair is that? You received money back and then still complained about it. You will not be allowed back as everything you said you were going to do you didn’t. You didn’t clean the spaces as you mentioned. You didn’t leave the trash out. You left the place a mess. Thanks for nothing.

You showed up early and rushed the cleaning lady out before she was finished. Not to mention blocking our cleaning lady in with your dually truck which was rather aggressive. You complained about multiple issues that were easily resolved. We offered to have the cleaning lady out a second time to redo anything you said was undone. You declined to have that service done. You then threatened us with a bad comment in return of the full cleaning fee. You also took our shower curtains and placed them outside of the home like they were trash. You let us know about your husband's condition after the cleaning service had left the first time. I would recommend communicating that prior to arrival especially if you need any special cleaning. This was just as good of an experience for us and our cleaning crew. Would never rent to you again.

Are you kidding me? This s there any picture in the listing that’s states an elevator? It’s 2 stories and that is clearly listed. You are an idiot for assuming the place was wheelchair accessible. That seems to be an important detail that you should have checked. No way is that our fault. I have replaced the counters, the floors and painted the entire condo in the past 2 years. Not sure how much else I can update while people like you are ruining our ability to rent. Thanks a bunch.

Your claims are unfounded. We use the umbrellas and all the kitchen supplies every time we are there. We have never had to purchase plastic forks and we regularly entertain people. You didn't contact us and that's your fault. I answered all of your messages promptly even though they were all rather abrasive. We told you that the place wouldn't be ready until we messaged you, but you still proceeded to rush the cleaning lady out of the unit before she finished. That's on you. What did you think was going to happen? I didn't know I needed to go into detail about you departing our condo. You ASSumed many things in this review and I ASSure you we know what that means. We regularly deep clean and update everything in the condo and to assume otherwise is offensive. We didn't instruct you to do anything. We have never received a message about not having things stocked including kitchen supplies. Also, we provided you with coffee filters which you messages about before you arrived, no? We allowed you to change the number of guests without paying extra after you made a false initial reservation. We received a message from you on July 12 telling us that the reservation "needs to change to 5 adults and 1 child age 15. Total of 6 guests." What world are you living in that a 15 year old is a child. Also, YOU need to change reservations not us and I don't appreciate when people tell me I need to do something especially when it's your responsibility and not ours.

All the bed sizes were listed in the original posting. I apologize that you didn’t review the breakdown before booking our place. My bad.
