Great property in a with a great view!

This house and stay were wonderful! It’s a beautiful riverside cottage with all the amenities you may need. Accessing the river isn’t tough, just steep, and has amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet, well appointed cottage and are excited to come again!

Very clean and nice space! Loved the view of the river and being able to use the hot tub! Just an fyi, there is no cell phone reception (but there is wifi) which was fine for us. They were accommodating of my dog!

We had a fantastic 3-day getaway at La Chaga Cottage — we only wish we could have stayed longer! Falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sound of the Montmorency River was incredibly relaxing. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, and our pup absolutely loved exploring the property. The owner was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, peaceful place to spend the first few days of Autumn with all the amenities we needed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our days hiking in nearby national parks with our golden retriever, and our evenings in the hot tub or around the campfire. Well-worth the 6 hour drive from Ontario! We would stay again. Our host, Vincent, was a pleasure to communicate with - always responsive and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Relaxing time in Canada

Le Chaga was a great place to stay and relax while visiting Canada. It was very private and secluded. The space felt cozy for myself, my wife, and my dog. My dog loved sitting on the deck in the sun and exploring the backyard. The listing had the appliances we needed and there wasnt anything lacking. Overall, we had a great time! Thanks!

Adembenemende locatie met prachtig uitzicht. Wij waren er in de herfst en waren sprakeloos van het natuurschoon. Keuken is uitstekend uitgerust en alles werkte naar behoren. Er was wat onduidelijkbeid over de bediening van de thermostaat, maar de eigenaar reageerde razendsnel met de oplossing. Het huis ligt erg afgelegen maar daardoor volkomen stil. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en komen graag nog een keer terug.

Our family spent a wonderful week at this house. We would have happily stayed another week if we had time. The property is quiet and secluded, and being above a river makes the whole place feel bucolic and comforting. Would love to come back.
