This home is located in the heart of Valdosta right off Jerry Jones. Only a few blocks from Valdosta State University and 3 miles from Exit 18. We are 15 miles or 20 minutes from Wild Adventures Park. The home features three large bedrooms with four comfy beds. There is a spacious living room, dining area and updated kitchen with all the amenities. We hope you'll enjoy the covered back patio and fenced in yard for your pets! Nice house- very clean

There is only one tub/shower in the house the "second bath" is a half bath. This is problematic if all of the beds are filled. The kitchen could be better equipped. We bought a pack of knives to "donate to the cause" but cooking equipment is minimal. Those are the only negatives of the property. The back yard is fenced. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is clean, and the beds are comfy. Location is central to the town and there are many restaurant choices.
