This is an amazing property! We really enjoyed our stay-great house and amazing area close to great shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic and would respond ASAP!
Our host Cheryl was extremely accommodating and communicative when we booked the home last minute. The property was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The house is only blocks away from amazing restaurants and close to everything you could want to do in Rochester. I would highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back next time we visit.
Really enjoyed walking the dog in the neighborhood around this house. Frank Lloyd Wright house is among the mansions and unique architecture of these houses. Great accommodations!
Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully preserved Mansion in a great location. My Grandson enjoyed learning to navigate stairs and playing hide n seek in the house. Would stay here again on our next trip home. Thank you for being an excellent host.
We all enjoyed our stay. We could walk all over town, great restaurants, just everything! We were also 5 minutes from our work location. The house is huge! It took me two days to find the bathroom on first floor and 3 days to find the laundry room. It was wonderful!
We really enjoyed checking out all the beautiful little details throughout the place. Lots of cozy nooks, great dining spaces and living room. Great host, everything was clean and ready to go. Highly highly recommended!
The property is even nicer and more spacious than it looked in the pictures. It was a very liveable house. Cheryl, the host, was extremely responsive!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
The home was very nice, very clean, and well appointed. The location is in a great part of town, but the noisy traffic in front of the house was terrible. Unable to sleep.
House was well stocked with necessary supplies. The beds were comfortable and well dressed. Plenty of clean towels. Some cleanliness and maintenance issues, but we'd stay there again.
Everything met or exceeded expectations. Home is as advertised. No issues at all. Home was clean and comfortable. Property manager checked in us to make sure all needs were met.
Enjoyed this property. Easy walk to restaurants on Park Ave and easy on/off 490. Beds were comfy, showers were clean, kitchen was well-stocked. Only complaint might be that it was slightly noisy on a Sat night, but that is to be expected on Culver/Park. Generally, a great stay and would highly recommend, may even stay there again.
We rented the house to attend a memorial service in Rochester. Everything worked out great. The house has tons of space for a family of five. Very clean very well organized, more comfortable than a hotel room. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to check in and check out. All good. The only downside is that it is on a busier road and the traffic noise is more than a quiet suburban street. We got used to it pretty quickly. Otherwise all good!
Our family of four stayed in this lovely home during our son’s college graduation and move out weekend. House had plenty of room for extended family who ultimately were unable to make the trip. Even though this home is older, it is well kept and has had updates to kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook “ at home” rather than eat out for every meal. The only negative we experienced was road noise while trying to sleep which was solved by downloading a white noise app to our phones. We enjoyed exploring the many rooms and collections and taking a walk around the beautiful neighborhood. Much better option than a hotel who all seem to jack up the prices for RIT fall parent weekend or spring graduation/move out
We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. This home was very clean and in a great location. It is close to everything and we walked to lots of bars and restaurants on Park Ave.
Great communication. Slight miscommunication with cleaning on the check in day, but we added a day at the last minute and upon realizing she came immediately and did a wonderful job. Home is just as described- the kind of older home filled with architectural nuances and character we’d love to own but not maintain so it was a treat to be able to stay. Walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants on park ave. Highly recommend.
