About this property

Designer renovation in August 2025! Overlooking the Gulf!

This is a lovely,spacious (1366 sq. ft.), designer updated unit with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, where you can watch the sun set on the world's most Beautiful beaches! Floor to ceiling windows in the dining and living rooms provide unlimited views of the Gulf. There are two living areas (one for tv and the other for reading and just looking at the gulf). Granite counters and new stainless appliances are a highlight in the kitchen, which comes fully equipped. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bath with a tiled walk-in shower and the 2nd bath is accessed from the guest bedroom as well as the main hallway. A bunk room was recently added. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. A full sized washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. All common areas are tile with area rugs. The bedrooms have new carpet. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided along with beach toys for the kids. The unit is equipped with free wifi and a smart TV.

The property features a full service restaurant and bar, 11,000 sq. ft. Lagoon pool (9 pools on property), heated pool in front of the unit, spa, fitness center with wellness activities, 12 plexicusion tennis courts, 9 hole executive golf course with pro shop, free golf cart transportation within the resort, a game room, and of course the the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. The Harrison’s were quick to respond if something came up that we needed. Lots of room and extras. The beach chairs and pool toys were an extra bonus! The view is beautiful and being able to see the tower pool and hot tub is a huge plus!

Overall stay was great. There was an Ironman at the complex so parking was a little tricky, but it was fun to watch the race from the balcony. Pools were great, beach was easily accessible.

Wonderful Getaway!

Our family had the best time at the “Beach Place”. Judy was wonderful to work with and let us check in early! The condo was perfect, my kids loved the bunk room. There were beach toys, umbrella, and chairs in the room for us to use - perfect for us coming from out of town. Everything was so fresh & clean. We loved being in the quieter tower 2.

I have been a teacher for 38 years and my husband has spent nearly that long in th CPA business. We live on small farm an hour north of the beach with our two dogs and four horses. We have five grandchildren who absolutely love going to the beach and for whom this condo has become a second home.

Why they chose this property

Edgewater was and is the most desirable of beach locations.This is a gated community with full time security. My husband and I both enjoy the 9 hole executive golf course and the kids love the beautiful lagoon pool. Edgewater has the amenitites that make it a premier resort (spa, daily wellness program, 12 plexcusion tennis courts, manicured grounds, conference center, 12 pools including the lagoon) and when I come through the gate, I feel as though I have entered paradise. Once within the compound, there is no need to leave.

What makes this property unique

We go out the door, down the elevator and onto the beach and are spoiled by the convenience. 10 minutes from Edgewater is Pier Park - a large outdoor shopping complex which hosts many restaurants and an ampitheatre where you can bring your lawn chair and listen to the free entertainment. The area is also home to Gulf World and a zoo.
