As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances to whip up delectable meals. Unwind in the cozy living area, where a smart TV with satellite/cable channels provide endless entertainment options.


Recently installed black out curtains in both bedrooms to prevent light from entering during the night.

Retire to the private balcony and savor the breathtaking, panoramic ocean views, or indulge in a refreshing dip in the heated pool or soothing soak in the hot tub. For those seeking adventure, the nearby Shipwreck Island Waterpark and the vibrant Thomas Drive are just a short drive away, offering a wealth of activities and attractions to explore. Pier Park is an amazing shopping center on Front Beach Road with many shops and restaurants .

This is a great spot at PCB. The beach is not overly packed and just close enough to the main PCB area for dining and entertainment. We love our stay. We are repeat customers.

Great Beach Front Condo

We had a very pleasant stay at Carol’s condo at Edgewater. The condo was clean and well furnished. The resort is very nice - on the beach with lots of pools and close to restaurants and activities.

Sunset views

Great location near pier park and lots of restaurants. Everything is as described in listing other than no Pizza Hut! Beach and sunsets are beautiful from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our family has enjoyed many trips to Edgewater over the past 32 years. Our four children are all grown up, three of them married, and we now have four beautiful granddaughters. We have all spent time at the condo and have wonderful memories we will cherish forever.

Why they chose this property

We were born and raised in New England (Massachusetts) and wanted to have a vacation home in a warmer climate. Once we saw Edgewater Beach Resort we knew we had found it. The temperature during the winter in MA (we live in the mountains on a lake) can hit 20 below zero at times. Panama City Beach, FL temperatures are considerably warmer in the winter (50 to 80 degrees).

What makes this property unique

Edgewater is a full service resort with restaurants, health spa, gym, golf course, tennis, pickle ball courts, and much more. The pools are great (Tower 2 and 3 pools are heated from mid October to mid April), and the Lagoon Pool is one of the largest pools in Panama City Beach with palm trees. tropical plants, water fall and splash pad for children.
