Renovated 5 bedroom/2 bath includes front and rear decks. Home is centrally located a short walk to the beach 3, even shorter walk to the bay boat ramp and farmer’s market. Beach tags and car charger included. Minutes from Atlantic City Attractions.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, and two desks setup with workstations. Each work station has 2 monitors and peripherals (webcam, headset, mouse, etc.) And tv.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet and play area.
Bedroom 3: Three twin beds, large closet, tv.
Bedroom 4: King bed.
Bedroom 5: One queen bed and one twin bed.
Living room: two couches and tv.
Kitchen: gas range/oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave in island, island seats 4 with extra seating stored in laundry room.
Laundry room: washer dryer combo
Bathroom 1: enclosed shower
Bathroom 2: tub/shower combo
Exterior: front and rear decks, grill, table and chairs, shed, outdoor shower, electric car charger.
All tvs use YouTube TV. Any violation of the no pet/smoking policy will result in an immediate cancellation of the stay.

We stayed at this Brigantine house for a beach trip and it had real positives, but several issues that would make us hesitate to book again.Kitchen was a highlight—updated with new appliances. Plenty of beach chairs for our group, and walk to the beach was fairly easy. Beach tags being provided was a nice touch. The host was reasonably responsive.That said, listing advertises sleeping 12, but that only works if some guests are small children—it’s a small rancher and doesn’t comfortably fit 12 adults. Only two bedrooms felt properly furnished; the rest were sparse, with no real dressers to store clothes. None of the bedrooms had lamps, so we were stuck with harsh overhead lighting at night.Our room (one of few with a queen bed) was still full of children’s toys, and we ended up hanging wet towels and clothes on toddler chairs and a play kitchen. Blinds in our room were completely see-through and face the street, which felt uncomfortable given the lack of privacy. Ceiling alarm unit also had a motion-activated nightlight that lit up brightly every time someone moved, making it hard to fall asleep.Fire alarm was extremely sensitive and went off multiple times while cooking—even using the range hood, with no actual smoke. No drip-coffee maker, only a Keurig, and propane tank for grill was nearly empty on arrival.Overall, some nice touches, but given furnishing and equipment issues, place seems over-advertised. We’d rather pay more for better equipped rental next time.

Our home is setup for families, not those that bring additional unlisted guests and sneak in pets. It seems you are upset about being charged a fee for breaking our no pet policy, and being rated poorly for just that. To address some inconsistencies in your review, as seen in our listing photos 4 of the 5 bedrooms have table lamps (one of which you broke and threw away) 4 of 5 bedrooms have at least 1 dresser, the bedroom without a dresser has a full closet with shelving. Each bedroom has a towel rack on the wall except for the playroom bedroom since its across from the bathroom. And yes as advertised the playroom bedroom has children’s toys. The home has city mandated fire alarms which you managed to set off twice in the span of week even though we have hood over the stove, and the exterior grill has a full spare propane tank literally next to it. As a host that cleans and maintains the property myself, I could not recommend this guest.

Perfect Place

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location was great, 10 minute walk to beach. The house was immaculate and spacious enough for 8 of us. Absolutely loved the outdoor shower. That was huge at the end of each beach day and cleaning everything off before we packed up at the end of our trip. Communication with George was hands down better than any other rental property we've ever had. The shed full of beach stuff was unbelievable. The chairs looked brand new which was unusual for a rental property and a pleasant surprise. Overall this place was perfect for us.
