Renovated 5 bedroom/2 bath includes front and rear decks. Home is centrally located a short walk to the beach 3, even shorter walk to the bay boat ramp and farmer’s market. Beach tags and car charger included. Minutes from Atlantic City Attractions.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, and two desks setup with workstations. Each work station has 2 monitors and peripherals (webcam, headset, mouse, etc.) And tv.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet and play area.
Bedroom 3: Three twin beds, large closet, tv.
Bedroom 4: King bed.
Bedroom 5: One queen bed and one twin bed.
Living room: two couches and tv.
Kitchen: gas range/oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave in island, island seats 4 with extra seating stored in laundry room.
Laundry room: washer dryer combo
Bathroom 1: enclosed shower
Bathroom 2: tub/shower combo
Exterior: front and rear decks, grill, table and chairs, shed, outdoor shower, electric car charger.

Perfect Place

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location was great, 10 minute walk to beach. The house was immaculate and spacious enough for 8 of us. Absolutely loved the outdoor shower. That was huge at the end of each beach day and cleaning everything off before we packed up at the end of our trip. Communication with George was hands down better than any other rental property we've ever had. The shed full of beach stuff was unbelievable. The chairs looked brand new which was unusual for a rental property and a pleasant surprise. Overall this place was perfect for us.
