The home has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and approximately 1200 sqft. This is a 3-story plus roof deck townhome with a few steps to the entrance.
**Floor Plan** • First Floor: Bedroom with a queen-size bed with heat only, full bathroom, garage. • Second Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV, and AC. Sofa futon that sleeps one. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom w/ queen size bed, AC, ensuite bathroom. • Fourth Floor: Rooftop with stunning skyline views.

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • 📅 Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

We arrived and we were able to get settled and then enjoy some great meals at local eateries. The kitchen was great - perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfy and the temp of the home was perfect - no need to turn on the “splits” which were in each room - very comfy stay and thanks for the perfect Seattle sunshine!!

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Loved the roof top deck. It is a quiet neighborhood. We left our car in the garage and easily walked to the bus stop where we took a bus to all of the Seattle sites. The garage is very small. Our car barely fit inside. If you have a large vehicle, I'd recommend asking about the dimensions to see if you are will fit. We would stay here again.

the home provided all essentials and was a great place for our extended vacation. House is in a great location in terms of striking distance to any part of Seattle you're trying to go to, with a few nice coffee shops near by. Capitol Hill is very close and so is Little Saigon and Chinatown. Most of our ubers anywhere was 15 minutes or less.

We stayed in this lovely townhouse for a weekend to attend a concert at Lumen Field. Location was great with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Townhouse was very well equipped and we found the beds were comfortable. Property Management was excellent and answered any questions we had very promptly. The rooftop deck was such a treat! We had our coffee there each morning. It was perfect!

Great place very warm and inviting. The townhouse was ready to move in:) kitchen was awesome loved the gas grill. Kitchen ware could be better but had everything u need to get by. The only this is the parking was a challenge and someone not living in the area its a challenge for a 6 inch lifted tundra to get around. i will rent again and i will bring small suv:)

Unit is clean, updated, nice appliances, plenty of kitchenware and utensils and functional. Location is conveniently located to Seattle city center and waterfront tourist area's. The neighborhood is definitely "transitional". The street is very narrow with crowded street parking. The unit does have a driveway which, though tight, was usable. The entry angle into the garage however was too tight for a full-size vehicle to enter. Host was available to contact and helpful. Overall, nice stay.

I didn't enjoy the parking, my car was too big for the garage, it's a very small one-car garage. We arrived at 4:15 and the maids were still there the house wasn't completely finished being set up. A little annoying having to wait and sit in the car. The area is ok, not safe to walk at night though and I thought it would be closer to downtown but it’s over a 40 minute walk so still ended up driving everywhere. Overall it was ok, but next time I may just opt for a hotel.
