About this property
5 levels & huge! Fun artist's Loft . Doggos welcome!
Welcome to my huge, fun, 5-floor loft, smack in central Seattle with downtown transportation at your doorstep. Minutes from stadiums, sites and restaurants, it's ideal for quiet groups, active families and business travelers. The Loft is a great solution for friends to get together to see the game nearby at the stadiums in a single location where each also can enjoy their personal space.
4 levels have sleeping options:
* 5th floor Master (queen)
* 4th floor (full & twin)
* 3rd floor living area (twin cot/convertible)
* 2nd floor landing lounge area (twin)
PLEASE READ this listing thoroughly. It's a quirky loft, not a suburban neighborhood house. The charm of this area is it's one of the last neighborhoods with parking, great neighbors and city perks.

LOFT DETAILS
This is a very unique, large (2200 sq ft/205 sq m), 5-story loft townhome in central Seattle minutes to Seattle sites. Look up 1820 E Yesler Way to explore the location online. This area is developing fast and with several construction projects at the moment, including across Yesler.
The Loft is a certified "built green", industrial artist loft a storefront entry, art, worn floorboards of recycled HDF, a "wet room", air hockey, solar heating/hot water and LOTS of stairs.

* Roku TV
FLOOR 4
This floor is the loft catwalk above the living room.

A WORD ABOUT SUMMER
AC is not common in Seattle because our glorious summers are usually around 75°F/23°C (some hotter weeks might reach above 80°F/27°C) but nights usually cool down a lot. I have fans throughout and feel free to open windows without fear of mosquitoes. Although it’s becoming more common in new constructions, fewer than half the homes have AC. I personally feel it is less jarring and more pleasant not to go from warm to freezing. But, no worries, we use heaters... :-)

This Loft is great for:
* Fans who want to attend games at the nearby stadiums
* Business travelers who want space to work, relax and spread out
* Quiet groups and families - (no parties or non-residential noises)
I will send you a PIN to open the back door on the morning you will arrive. You may park at my designated compact spot in front of the back door. Please let me know how many singles / double you have so I can prepare your beds and your arrival time. If you want to request early check in (before 4) or to drop your bags, message me and I'll try to accommodate if possible.
**********
After you book, please message that you understand the noise policies and rules. Communicate the purpose of your trip and list guests traveling. Include an ETA if you have one. Inform me if you are planning visitors dropping by.
Bonus kharma for reading this far! Thanks!

About the host
Hosted by Jessie Jones

I have been a Superhost and a VRBO Premier Host since 2015. I love spending time with Cappy, my co-host doggo. Being a host is 99% fantastic and 1% chaotic. I enjoy taking time to "test" my Loft by spending the night there and cooking in that great kitchen for friends and family and the best part is meeting people from all over the world.
Why they chose this property
This evolving neighborhood is central to almost everything I want or need to do. I can go to the nearby brewery and have a pint an a bite. Or have a tasty breakfast at one of many family-owned cafes. I love the open-minded vibe, the bus downtown at my doorstep and the fact that Sir Mix-a-Lot was raised on this very corner of 19th & Yesler.
What makes this property unique
You'll never find one like it. It's a hub for creative thinkers who have an eye for art and design.
