Maison familiale avec « sel et poivre «  tout ce qu’il faut pour séjourner sans passer d’abord par un supermarché. Plage à 200m vue mer première ligne du haut d’une falaise. Magnifiques couchers de soleil !Phaéton a été au petits soins.

Una vacanza meravigliosa

Siamo stati ospiti in questa bellissima villa dal 30/07/2022 al 13/08/2022. La posizione della villa è fantastica , qualche metro più in su rispetto al livello del mare ma con un panorama mozzafiato, dove poter osservare il sole che tramonta. Le foto presenti sul sito rispecchiano esattamente la realtà e all'interno della villa non manca assolutamente nulla. Noi eravamo due famiglie compeste rispettivamente da 4 persone tra adulti e bambini e gli spazi sono assolutamente perfetti. Organizzazione ottima anche per il check-in e una cosa che ci tengo particolarmente a sottolineare è la grande disponibilità del padrone di casa. Abbiamo trovato, come descritto , un piccolo bbq ma essendo noi in tanti, ha provveduto rapidamente ad acquistarne uno nuovo. Una mattina abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Phaethon (il proprietario) e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla sua personalità...insomma una di quelle persone con le quali non smetteresti mai di parlare. Ci ha dato consigli, aiutato a scegliere i posti più belli da visitare. In casa in ha fatto trovare tutto ciò che poteva servire per la colazione e una bottiglia di vino. Un uomo estremamente gentile ed ospitale. Ad oggi quella casa ci manca ancora molto, come infondo la penisola di kassandra che ha tante meraviglie da visitare. La villa si trova in una zona tranquilla ma il lungomare sottostante offre spiagge con servizi o spiagge libere. Nelle vicinanze trovate tutto, ristoranti, supermarket e tanto altro. Consiglio a tutti questa meravigliosa esperienza e per quanto riguarda noi....speriamo un giorno di tornare a trovare il nostro amico Phaethon.

Relaxing

Stayed for for 2 weeks and I loved it's quiet and the house is lovely has all the ammentaties a house should have washing machine, dishwasher etc. It was clean, and pleasant over all. I'd recommend this to any one I know is going in the area of halkidiki or the fourka area..the seawater water is really warm and calm there compared to the islands in Greece .. totally recommend it.

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Wir fühlten uns sehr aufgehoben. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit allerdings zu viel "Nippes", d.h. Kleinkram in und auf Schränken und Ablagen. Dadurch war es manchmal schwierig alles zu schützen und aus dem Weg zu räumen, weil wir auch zwei Kleinkinder dabei hatten.
