A gorgeous villa located in the Stavronikita private estate in the famous Sani resort. It accommodates up to 5 people in style and comfort, offering a huge garden and access to a shared pool. If that is not enough you are within spitting distance of severl 5-star hotels and the Sani Marina, where you can enjoy pampering, fine dining, and other great activities. Or just chill out among the trees with your nearest and dearest - the choice is yours you lucky thing...

Space
The Villa is a comfortable fit for a family or group of friends. It sleeps up to 5 people, in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bed in the living room (platform bed above living room) . There are two shower rooms. Outside is a huge garden with lots of space for the children to run around, complete with some garden toys. The large swimming pool is shared with another 7 villas.

Access

All parts of the house are accessible, including the garden and the shared pool. Shared private parking is located right in front of the house.

Schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus genossen. Schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, ganz toller großer und schöner Garten. Da wir nicht in der Hauptsaison Urlaub gemacht haben, war nicht viel los. Den Swimmingpool hatten wir für uns alleine. Den nahegelegenen Strand auch - fast ;-) Auto sollte vorhanden sein. Restaurants, Supermarkt etwas entfernt. Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche verbracht.

All 5-star Hotels offer a great variety of activities, from spas, Michelin-Star Awarded Restaurants and boutiques, to sea sports, Theatre and the Rafa Nadal tennis Centre. However, the villa is located at a very convenient spot from where you can visit and explore all of Halkidiki.

Villa is 40 minutes away by car/taxi from Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki. The Marina is less than 1km away, while all of Halkidiki can be explored with less than a 40min drive.
